I swear that I'm still around, but things have just been super crazy in my "real" life! I spent the weekend in San Francisco for a work conference (SCCM if you're in medicine too), and I've been working a lot as well. Today (Thursday) I was able to stay home with my 3 year old, and it was wonderful to be able to play princesses and spend time with my little one. I promise I'll get a post up soon, but I'm on call over this weekend as well, so we'll see when that happens!
